Virtual Currency & In‑Game Purchases Policy

1) Virtual currency overview
Our games may use virtual currency (for example, “Coins”) and virtual items. Virtual currency and items are digital, licensed features within the Service.
- No cash value: virtual currency/items are not money, are not a bank deposit, and have no real-world monetary value.
- Not redeemable: you cannot exchange them for cash or other value, and we do not offer withdrawals.
- Non-transferable: unless we expressly allow it in-game, they cannot be sold, transferred, or traded outside the Service.
2) How you can obtain Coins and items
- Earned through gameplay (e.g., rewards, progression, or promotions we run).
- Granted by us (e.g., customer support adjustments, bonuses, or event awards).
- Purchased via in‑game purchase options where available (including via Apple App Store/Google Play or our checkout).
3) Purchases, pricing, and transparency
If purchases are offered, we will show the price (including GST where applicable) and the contents of the pack before you confirm payment. Prices may vary by platform, region, taxes, and currency conversion rates set by your payment provider or app store.
We do not represent virtual currency/items as an investment, a source of income, or something you can convert back to money.
4) Delivery and changes
Purchased virtual currency/items are typically delivered immediately. We may adjust, remove, or rebalance virtual currency/items (including their availability or prices) to maintain the Service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or support gameplay integrity.
5) Cancellations and refunds (Canada)
Because virtual currency/items are digital and may be delivered immediately, changes of mind may not be eligible for a refund where the content has been supplied. However, your rights under Canada law (including the Consumer Protection Act and the Competition Act) are not excluded.
- If you purchased via an app store (e.g., Apple/Google), refund requests may need to be made through that store’s process; we may assist with information where possible.
- If you believe a purchase was unauthorised, incorrectly charged, not delivered, or the digital service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, contact us promptly with transaction details.
6) Anti‑misrepresentation and safeguards
- We aim to describe packs, odds/chances (if applicable), and benefits accurately in-game.
- We may limit purchases, suspend features, or take enforcement action if we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or misleading conduct.
- Do not buy virtual currency/items from third parties; it may be unsafe and may result in account restrictions.
