Terms of Service

1) Entertainment-only; no real-money gambling

The Service is a social casino for entertainment. No real money gambling is offered. In-game chips/coins/credits and items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents, and cannot be exchanged for real-world prizes of value.

2) Eligibility (19+)

You must be at least 19 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws where you are located.

3) Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• Harassment, hate, illegal content, or infringing others’ rights.
• Buying/selling/transferring accounts or virtual items outside the Service.

5) Virtual items and gameplay

Gameplay outcomes are simulated and intended for fun. We may modify, suspend, or remove virtual items, features, or content at any time to maintain the Service. Any virtual balances may be reset if required for security, integrity, or rule enforcement.

6) Intellectual property and licence

We and our licensors own the Service, software, and content. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Availability; changes; termination

We may update or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) and may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimers and limitation of liability (Canada)

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of data, profits, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or the Competition Act (where applicable).

9) Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, contact us first and we’ll try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by Canada law and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Canada courts.
