This policy explains how NorthernSpinz.com ("we", "us") prevents underage access and verifies age to support legal gambling-age protections in Canada.
1) Eligibility (19+)
You must be at least 19 years old to create an account or use any gambling-related features on NorthernSpinz.com. Where a higher minimum age applies to a specific product, venue, jurisdiction, or payment method, we will apply the higher age requirement.
2) Age-gating and verification methods
- Age gate prompts (confirming you are 19+ before accessing certain pages or features).
- Date-of-birth collection during registration and account checks.
- Risk-based checks (e.g., new accounts, unusual activity, withdrawals, or inconsistent details).
- Electronic verification using reputable identity/age-check providers and public/credit reference data where available.

3) Information we may request
To verify age and identity, we may request one or more of the following:

- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport or driver licence).
- A selfie or live photo to match you to your ID (where required).

4) Suspected underage use
If we suspect an account is being used by someone under the minimum age, or if we cannot confirm age:

- We may close or suspend the account to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5) Data handling and retention
